Description of the underwater landscape of the biotope: The flow in the Seversky Donets in the main channel is quite fast and it is difficult to fix any vegetation on the sandy bottom. However, trunks of broken trees can form small islands, which bypass the main stream. As a result, an entire ecosystem forms around such oases. Plants cling to the ground. Under the driftwood there are bottom species of fish and crayfish, and among the leaves of plants many fish and schools of fry swim.
生物群落水底景观描述：北顿涅茨河主河道水流相当湍急，沙质河床上难以固定任何水生植物。然而，断裂的树干可形成小型岛屿，使主流绕道而行。因此，围绕这些”绿洲”会形成完整的生态系统。植物扎根于河床，沉木下方栖息着底层鱼类和螯虾，而在植物叶片之间，众多鱼类和鱼群幼鱼穿梭游弋。
